dc.description.abstract本發明提出一種合成一奈米級複合高分子之方法,而該奈米級複合高分子可運用於醫學影像之顯影劑及藥物載體。該方法包含下列步驟:將一氣體溶解於一有機溶劑之中以形成一有機相溶液;將一水溶性高分子及一溫度敏感型高分子溶解於水中以形成一水相溶液;將該有機相溶液和該水相溶液一起震盪以形成一混合物;以及在一溫度梯度之內,對該混合物先進行一升溫過程後再進行一降溫過程,使該混合物自組裝而形成該奈米級複合高分子。 A method of producing a composite polymer in nano-scale is provided and the composite polymer in nano-scale could be used as a contrast agent in medical images and a drug carrier.The method includes following steps. To dissolve a gas in an organic solvent to form an organic-phase solution. To dissolve a water soluble polymer and a temperature sensitive polymer into water to form a water-phase solution. To oscillate organic-phase solution and the water-phase solution altogether to form a mixture; and within a temperate gradient, to proceed a heating process first and then a cooling process against the mixture for the purpose that the mixture could be self-assembled to form the composite polymer in nano-scale.zh_TW
