摘要: | 一种非侵入式眼压感测元件,其适于配置在眼球上。非侵入式眼压感测元件包括感测单元以及读取电路。感测单元包括多个电极层以及介电层。介电层包覆电极层并填充于电极层之间,且电极层与介电层构成电容。电容随眼球的眼压变化而产生电容值变化。读取电路电连接于感测单元。 A non-invasive intraocular pressure sensor applying for configuring on an eyeball is provided. The non-invasive intraocular pressure sensor includes a sensing unit and a readout circuit. The sensing unit includes a plurality of electrode layers and a dielectric layer. The dielectric layer encloses the electrode layers and fills therebetween, and the electrode layers and the dielectric layer form a capacitor. A capacitance of the capacitor varies with the variation of an intraocular pressure of the eyeball. The readout circuit is electrically connected to the sensing unit. |
