虛擬供應網概念模型：對虛擬組織的批判論述分析

Abstract

本文主要採後現代組織理論的批判觀點，透過對虛擬組織的主客觀論述分析。本文發現虛擬組織是由權力不均的多元論述所形構而成—過分偏向資訊科技導向的管理活動，卻忽略了更為基本的整體社會文化面向與個體生活層次的關鍵解釋。可能的原因是虛擬組織的發展是由科技菁英所引導發動，因此大量充斥資訊科技的論述。同時，以網路為首的「虛擬文化」卻又快速地滲透到一般大眾的日常生活當中，特別是青少年的文化當中。影響雖尚未被多數民眾意識到或具有深刻感受，但此一發展趨勢與未來的影響力著實不容小覷。為了平衡不相稱的論述權力，本文除解構虛擬組織的相關論述型態，並將之分解到五個管理運作要素：核心、交換、重組、鏈結、網絡。最後再補充「缺席」的虛擬文化論述，提出可供檢視的「虛擬供應網」概念模型。

In this paper, the author adopts the postmodern organization perspective—a critical approach to clarify related issues on virtual organization while the “absent” virtual culture discourses will also be introduced and listed in the discussion agenda in expecting that different discourses would find a balance through discourse analysis. After these analyses, an open “Virtual Supply Net” idea model, which includes five key elements, such as the core, exchanging, reconstruction, inter-chaining, networking, is therefore proposed in the article for the future study to testify.
