dc.description.abstract | 本研究利用生物可相容的材料,製作對生物無毒性的太陽能電池,期許未來能夠與生物醫療結合,實際應用於醫療方面。基板選用已廣泛實用於醫療的材料聚乳酸-羥基乙酸共聚物取代玻璃;電子傳輸層使用碳酸鈉取代鈣,期許未來能夠使用更多生物可相容的材料取代現有的材料,真正製作出無毒的太陽能電池。本研究利用常溫的製程方式製作出可撓式的有機太陽能電池,其開路電壓為0.53V,短路電流密度為3.44mA/cm2,填充系數為0.45,功率轉換效率為0.82%。最後透過浸泡緩衝液的方式,証實元件具有可降解的特性。有機太陽能電池有許多優勢,期望在未來能夠有更多的發展與應用。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This work aims to use biocompatible materials to fabricate non-toxic organic photovoltaic device (OPVs) for applications in the field of biomedical treatments. In this work, poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid, a widely-used biocompatible material was served as the substrate. Further, instead of calcium, sodium carbonate was used as the cathode buffer layer. Reasonable performance of the flexible OPVs with an open-circuit voltage of 0.53 V, a short-circuit of 3.44 mA and a FF of 0.45, has been obtained, resulting in a PCE of 0.82%. Finally, a biodegradable test in vitro has been performed to demonstrate the potential of the use of such OPVs in the future. | en_US |
