dc.description.abstract半導體在台灣的科技發展過程中,佔有舉足輕重的地位,而半導體產業分工綿密,更必須做有效管理與操作,尤其台灣半導體產業朝向代工發展,如何有效利用產能,使昂貴的機器設備發揮最大的綜效,將產出最大化與達交最佳化一直是業界戮力的課題。產能調配一直是半導體製造公司很重視的一環,如何將現有設施、環境、設備利用做最有效的規劃也是業界不斷追尋的目標。本報告將以晶圓製造的測試生產區為背景,利用作業研究的排程方法,探討如何將測試生產區產能做最有效分配。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe semiconductor is very important in development of science and technology in Taiwan, and the semi-conductive industry divides the work carefully, must manage and operate effectively even more. Especially Taiwan semiconductors develop for foundry that make utilized, produce effectively. Production equipment give fully operate comprehensively. It is subjects that the industry produced and maximizes and reaches optimizing all the time. It is important that the semiconductor manufacturing company has paid attention very much that can have allocated to produce all the time. How to make most effective planning for facility, environment, and equipment utilization is the goal of industry. We will find out math model to make scheduling effectively and discuss how to make more production capacity in wafer testing.en_US
