dc.description.abstract案例A公司認同且採用自行設計的拉式補貨方法作為總倉補貨門店的運作模式,但成效卻不如預期顯著,推測原因為設計的拉式補貨尚未完善,導致操作人員不願按照系統指示而是憑藉自身經驗去進行補貨。本研究首先藉由A公司提供的歷史銷售和庫存數據進行現況分析,再與使用Excel模擬完全按照拉式補貨的結果相互比較,證實A公司設計之拉式補貨礙於目標庫存變動頻率低,故無法即時反應需求變異造成較嚴重缺貨,以致於庫存表現未優於現況。其次,瞭解問題後給予改善建議:針對A公司設計之拉式補貨方法,需藉由調高初始目標庫存、首單訂購量,就可解決缺貨問題。然而其目標庫存變動頻率過低的問題依舊存在,所以本論文使用另一套變動頻率較高的需求導向物料需求規劃(DDMRP)方法,同樣以Excel進行模擬分析,結果發現不僅剩餘庫存相較現況降低50%,且淨利更提高10%左右,非常適合為A公司總倉使用。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractCompany A agrees to use a self-designed Demand-pull method as an operational mode of the warehouse to replenish to stores. But the effect is not very significant. Suggesting that the reason for the self-designed method has not been perfect, causing the operator not to follow the instruction of system but by their own experience to replenish. First, this paper analyzes historical sales and inventory data provided by company A to get the current situation, and then compared with the result of completely in accordance with Demand-pull method simulated by Excel. Prove that the target inventory of Demand-pull method designed by company A changes in low frequency, causing it not to immediately response to variability of demand. As a result, it will cause a serious shortage. So the performance is indeed not better than the current situation. Second, after we understand the problem, we can give some recommendations for improvement. Demand-pull method needs to increase the initial target inventory and the quantity of first order, and that can solve the shortage problem. However, the problem of target inventory changing in low frequency still persists, so this paper uses another method changing in high frequency called DDMRP method. Like Demand-pull method, we use Excel to analysis. And find that not only the remaining inventory reduced by 50% compared to the current situation, but the net profit increased by 10%. It is very suitable for the warehouse of company A to use.en_US
