dc.description.abstract在台灣,高科技產業係重點產業,但也為高度壓力的產業,因此本研究旨在於了解高科技員工工作壓力的現況,並進一步探討工作壓力、離職意圖以及工作績效的關係。探討高科技產業員工對於工作壓力對離職意圖、工作績效會帶來多少影響?本研究以高科技產業為受測者,共計回收300份有效問卷。研究結果證實工作壓力對工作績效有負向影響、工作壓力對離職意圖有正向影響、正向情感對工作壓力與離職意圖之間的關係有正向的調節效果、正向情感對工作壓力與工作績效之間的關係有正向的調節效果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThough high-tech industry is major business in Taiwan, it is also high-pressure industry. The purpose of this study is to understand high-tech employees’ job stress situation, and to discuss the relationship among job stress, turnover intention and job performance, discovers the fact about how many impacts of job stress on turnover intention and job performance. The high-tech employees in Taiwan, who were asked for finishing the questionnaires, are the primary objects of this research, and 300 effective questionnaires were received. The research indicates that the more job stress, the less job performance; the research indicates that the more job stress, the more turnover intention; positive affect composition affects moderating effect on the job stress and turnover intention; positive affect composition affects moderating effect on the job stress and job performance.en_US
