dc.description.abstract本研究為提供大專院校一個能源管理的標準而進行耗能分析,首先透過Autodesk Revit建立交通大學工程二館的土建模型,接著使用GBS(Green Building Studio,雲端運算的建築效能分析,Building Performance Analysis-Raised to the Power of the Cloud)及檔案格式轉換匯入環境分析軟體eQUEST進行工程二館在不同模式下之館舍用電模擬,並和近年所調查之工程二館實際使用行為及實際耗電量做比較修正,以建立一套以BIM平台模擬大專院校研究型大樓耗能情形的作業流程,及調查日後BIM平台模擬電力使用研究所需蒐集之參數。 本研究建構不同類型的建築能源模擬模式,主要透過學校類型的設定、用電參數的輸入及空間使用率的調整作為改變因子,並使用GBS雲端運算和eQUEST模擬工程二館的用電情況。以GBS模擬高耗能模式的總耗電量結果和工程二館的高耗能用電量大致相符,而運用eQUEST模擬低耗能模式的總耗電量結果和工程二館的低耗能用電量大致相符,可供未來大專院校館舍節電目標的訂定做為參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn order to set up an energy management standard, this study uses Autodesk Revit to establish building information model (BIM) for National Chiao Tung University Engineering Building 2, and then uses GBS (Green Building Studio, Building Performance Analysis-Raised to the Power of the Cloud) and eQUEST (energy analysis software) to simulate the energy consumption of Engineering Building 2 in different conditions. In order to increase the accuracy of the building information model, this study compares simulated results with the data from the investigation of power consumption and usage patterns of Engineering Building 2 done in the recent years. This study tries to set up a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for modeling the energy consumption of research-oriented buildings in Universities and to investigate the required parameters for BIM-based analysis of building energy performance . The study variables mainly include building usage type, electrical parameter, and space utilization to establish different energy simulating modes, then using GBS and eQUEST to simulate energy consumption of Engineering Building 2. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of this method. The analog value of GBS simulation is highly consistent with the actual power consumption of Engineering Building 2 in high-energy mode. As for low-energy mode, there is also agreement between the analog value of eQUEST simulation and the actual values of Engineering Building 2’s power consumption. Therefore, the study can offer as a reference for universities to set up an power-saving target for research-oriented buildings.en_US
