摘要: 本研究將使用專業CAD軟體(Solidworks)進行前端建模,再搭配FAE軟體(simulaion)及CFD軟體(Flow simulation)進行多重物理量的模擬。模擬設定的條件是以相同外徑尺寸的線性燈具,在燈具內的散熱模組其內部結構設計因高低位置為設計變數,此位置是為了擺放燈條(Light Bar)做點燈照明用,而燈條(Light Bar)上的LED顆數從原本的230ea減少變更為188ea,主因是為了有效地將成本降低。因此對燈具上的散熱模組做設計之改善提議,其一是線性燈具的散熱模組在長度2.4米的情況下,可以承受熱應力而產生之變形。其二是要與現行品燈具的光均勻度相同,不會有亮斑、暗影之情況,減少不必要的實體模型建構成本與時間之浪費,在實務上可以更佳有效率。
In this study,the CAD’software(Solidworks)and FAE’software(simulation)and CFD’ software(Flow simulation)are used to create and simulate the model.We use the same size of linear lamps as simulation condition.In addition to that,the internal structural height of thermal module of the lamps is a design variable. This point is designed to put Light Bar for lighting purposes.The LED numbers in Light Bar decreases to 188 ea from 230 ea because of the cost-efficiency. Consequently,the proposal of improving the thermal module in the LED Lamp is in the following .In the condition of the length of linear lamp is 2.4 meter,it can sustain or endure the deformation caused by thermal stress.In the condition of light uniformity is the same as current lamp,it does not have bright spots or shadow.It reduces unnecessary costs for modeling construction. Plus,it saves the waste of time.It reaches the higher efficiency in reality.
