With the advance in technology, increased demand for digital information. The flow of metro traffic grows exponentially, passive optical network system becomes one of the major technology. In order to meet the standards of next-generation PON (NGPON2) by Full Service Access Network (FSAN), the fiber distance range must be extended from 20 km to 100 km and provides 40-Gbps network transmission capacity to support 1-Gbps data rate for optical network unit (ONU). The Optical OFDM LR-PON with intensity modulation and direction (IMDD) system offer high spectral efficiency and low cost. It’s very suitable for NGPON2 in recent years. We employ OFDM LR-PON system to the four channels WDM system. We take the self-phase modulation (SPM) into consideration to solve the RF power fading. With the growth of silicon, we apply digital signal processing (DSP) technology to improve the data rate by using non-linear distortion compensation technology. We experimentally demonstrate the WDM-OFDM LR-PON System without inline and pre-amplifier. Employing 10-GHz EAM and PIN, the data rate can reach 200-Gbps with 60-km transmission and each channel has 30-dB high loss budget. Therefore, the OFDM LR-PON transmission in a 4-channel WDM system can support 128 ONUs with >1.5-Gbps/ONU capacity.
