摘要: | 本論文演示分別就鼠競環耦合器以及濾波功率分配器的改良。第一部分的改良式鼠競環耦合器,藉由改變傳輸線電器長度的方式達到任意功率分配的效果,其次,更引入了複合式左右手傳輸線架構以實現電路縮小化及雙頻操作的功能。第二部分則是將傳統功率分配器做改良後,結合可調式帶通濾波器,以形成可調式濾波功率分配器電路。除了輸出圖形具有濾波響應之外,更有頻率調整以及頻寬調整的功能。
前兩章就本雙頻鼠競環耦合器與可調式濾波功率分配器的功能與特性做基本介紹。第三章為雙頻任意功率分配鼠競環耦合器的詳細說明,透過奇偶模分析提出新式鼠競環架構,再利用複合式左右手傳輸線理論,將該結構實現於RO 4003 20mil基板以驗證其電路特性。
第四章為可調式濾波功率分配器的分析,結合功率分配器和濾波器的功能使得輸出具有濾波響應,並加入可變電容的架構使得電路同時具有頻率和頻寬調整的機能。最後同樣以RO 4003 20mil實現於1.3-2.08GHz的操作範圍。 In this thesis, improvements on rat-rcae coupler and filtering power divider are presented. In the first part, the novel rat-race coupler structure by changing the electrical length to achieve the function of arbitrary power division ratios. Furthermore, based on composite right/left handed transmission line to design in every transmission-line, this coupler can work at dual-band with miniaturized. The second part is improved from traditional power divider, and combined with tunable bandpass filter to construct a tunable filtering power divider. In addition to achieving filtering response, the circuit can be tuned with different frequencies and bandwidths. The first two chapters introduce the functions, operation principle and theory of dual-band rat-race coupler and tunable filtering power divider. In the third chapter, it is a dula-band rat-race coupler with arbitrary power divisions, by using the theory of composite right/left handed, the structure is fabricated on Ro 4003 20mil. In the fourth chapter, is the analysis of tunable filtering power divider, combined the functions of power divider and filter, filtering response can be observed. By the using of varactors, the circuit can be tuned with frequencies and bandwidths. Finally, this circuit is also fabricated on Ro 4003 20mil based on 1.3-2.08 GHz. |
