dc.description.abstract | 一種可提升閂鎖防疫能力之主動式防護電路,其係電性連接於一輸入節點與一內部電路之間,包括:一輸入輸出電路,連接該輸入節點,以透過該輸入節點接收一注入電流,該輸入輸出電路在該注入電流之激發下係產生一基底電流;以及一主動防護環電路,連接於該輸入輸出電路與該內部電路之間,該主動防護環電路偵測該注入電流高於一門檻值時,係控制該輸入輸出電路產生一補償電流,以補償該基底電流,避免該內部電路發生閂鎖效應。 | zh_TW |
