dc.description.abstract高斯消去法普遍被認為是解決聯立線性方程組的唯一方法,如同歐拉所指出的,它是最自然而然的方法(der natürlichste Weg)[21]。因為高斯消去法直接解決線性問題,所以它在計算科學與工程學中,是一項必備技術;因而間接地它也持續對增進知識與推進人類福祉作出貢獻。怎樣才叫自然,需依脈絡而定,所以這個演算法伴隨著需要解決的問題與計算的技巧,已經有過多次的改變。zh_TW
