Relative Timing Jitter of Passively Synchronized Er-doped and Yb-doped Mode-Locked Fiber Lasers

Abstract

The relative timing jitter of passively synchronized Er-doped and Yb-doped mode-locked fiber lasers is investigated. The predicted dependence on the relative timing position of the two-color pulses agrees nicely with the experimental observation.
