dc.description.abstractThe quantum-mechanical convergent kinetic equation is used to calculate the collisional part of the ac electrical conductivity tensor of a multispecies, anisothermal magnetoplasma in the long wave-length limit. When th temperature ratio of electrons to ions is of the order or higher than 10^3 the usual Coulomb logarithmic contribution is no longer dominant.en_US
