摘要: | 航空業發展已久,在許多國家航空業不只是交通工具,更是一個促進地區經濟繁榮的重要因素。東南亞國家協會,簡稱東協,在過去的幾十年內是全球中經濟成長迅速的區域之一,東協的宗旨與目標在於促進區域和諧及地方經濟發展,並且致力於推廣區域內的貨物及人力的流動。本篇研究主要藉由2007至2014東協國家42座機場的資料,以資料包絡分析法來分析其分項產出效率,資料結果呈現各機場在每一個產出項目的效率,並以國家和機場型態去做分類比較,同時經由檢定結果顯示在國際機場和區域機場的乘客及起降效率有顯著差異,國際型機場明顯優於區域型機場,但在貨運方面,國際機場和區域機場則沒有顯著的分別。 Aviation industry has been around for a long time. In many countries, it was not a mere transportation tool, rather a crucial fact for economic development. For the past few decades, the Association of South East Asian Nations, also known as ASEAN, have been one of the most rapid growing economic region in the world. As its regional associations emphasizing on the beneficiary of secure environment and local economic growth, ASEAN core promotes the flow of commodity and personnel within its service areas. Based on the panel data from 2007-2014, this study applies output oriented data envelopment analysis method, and then focuses on the disaggregated output efficiency of 42 ASEAN airports. The result presents a detailed overview of the efficiency level of every output factors of 42 ASEAN airports. Moreover, this demonstrates that, in ASEAN, for passenger and movement output factors between the regional airports and the international airports, there are significant differences of the total factor output efficiency score, except cargo output factor. |
