摘要: 現今傳統建築五金之設計發展已臻至成熟,隨著電腦輔助設計與電腦輔助製造,以及參數化設計的進步,使得自由形體的建築設計更為常見,傳統的建築五金已不能應付以此設計流程生成的設計。 於此,因傳統建築五金的制式化使得其功能無法隨著當代設計進行使用,大量客製化及差異化生產,為現今以此方法作為建築設計之施作端最為顯著的課題,如何將傳統的建築五金藉由現代技術使其能處理當代建築的複雜性,如何在設計階段可一併考量到施作端需要注意到的內容? 本研究以玻璃爪具作為傳統建築五金之範例,藉由案例分析及玻璃爪具之特性,結合當代3D Printer的技術,以參數化設計之流程進行施作步驟的討論,及施作縮尺模型討論其可行性。本研究內容可分為兩階段:1. 建立玻璃爪具所屬之特定參數化系統,並藉由此系統建立出一可因應各條件設立,即時反饋出一結果。2. 將其結果以一自由曲面進行比例模型之施作,以討論其可行性及製造流程。
Today, the development of traditional architectural hardware growth to mature, with the CAD/CAM, and parametric design progress, makes the free-form of architectural design more common, traditional architectural hardware has been unable to cope with this design which using this technology to generated. However, because of the traditional architectural hardware standardization, makes it can’t working with the use of contemporary design, lots of customized and differentiated production for today end in this way as the most significant issue of the architectural design of facilities for, and how traditional architecture With modern hardware technology so that it can deal with the complexities of contemporary architecture, what can be considered to be applied for the end need to be aware of the content at the design stage? In this research, having a glass jaw as the traditional paradigm of architectural hardware, features and case studies by glass grippers, combined with contemporary 3D Printer technology to process the parametric design of facilities for the discussion of steps, and facilities for the scale model discussion its feasibility. This research can be divided into two stages: 1 to establish specific parameters of the system belongs to the glass grippers, and by the establishment of a system can be set up in response to various conditions, a result of the immediate feedback. 2. The results are to be administered as a free surface of a scale model to discuss the feasibility and manufacturing processes.
