女性創業企業受到創業教育生態圈影響之探討-以台灣交通大學為例

Abstract

本探索性研究檢視了四家由台灣女性創辦的新創公司如何被創業教育生態系統影響並形成它們的能力。此研究以多案例研究的方法來研究這個鮮少有人探索的領域，並提出了新的女性創業公司能力組成模式。這些女企業家的新創公司通過女創業家與創業教育生態系統的關係而獲得用以建立公司能力的資源，這樣的模式解釋了創業教育生態系統對女性創業公司直接與間接地影響。本研究將影響政策制定者，以促進婦女創業。本研究的結果有四：一，有形資源、知識以及人脈是可從創業教育生態系統獲得的三類資源；二，本研究提出了女性創業公司能力組成模式；三，小型創業更容易與創業家的能力相連；四，新創公司與越多創業教育生態系統連結對公司發展越能得到正面影響。

This exploratory study examines the process four Taiwanese women founded start-up companies acquire entrepreneurial competences from local entrepreneurship education ecosystems. A multiple case study approach of four Taiwanese startup companies is used to examine this seldom explored area. A novel entrepreneurial competences acquisition framework is proposed. The framework explains the direct and indirect impact entrepreneurship education ecosystems has on the development of entrepreneurial competences in women founded start-up companies. By showing the benefits these women entrepreneurs gained from entrepreneurship education ecosystem and how they contribute to the development of entrepreneurial competences, this study also draws out implications for policy makers to promote women entrepreneurship. As a result, a startup competence framework is proposed as well as resources can be obtained from entrepreneurship education ecosystem are identified.
