The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate and measure the relationship between Trade pentation and GDP in MENA countries and build a multiple regression model to expect the trade penetration by given GDP and the costs and taxes on trade. To conduct this study, the MENA countries economic and trade indicators have been collected from the World Bank data base from year 2004 to 2014. These data was subjected to descriptive statistics analysis which shows that MENA countries GDP mainly financed by oil rents and export of hydrocarbons, therefore, the relationship of oil export and economic growth for MENA is a major point. Moreover they study found out that countries with smaller economy have higher trade penetration, in other words trade activities for the smaller countries in MENA are higher than their GDP size, in addition the research tried to find out the extent of oil exports on the trade, investment, financing of the budget. By conducting this research, there will be an attempt to investigate the trade activates in MENA in terms of economic sustainability and development. .en_US
