摘要: 本文為探討臺中地區500仟瓦太陽能發電系統之效能實測與分析比較,主要為突顯出高效能太陽能模組優勢,分別以PVsyst軟體模擬臺中地區高轉換效率背接觸式太陽能模組與傳統單晶太陽能模組之太陽光電發電系統效能,最後與實際500kWp背接觸式與傳統單晶太陽能發電系統所收集2014年度發電量比較驗證。同時藉由比較結果修正模擬軟體PVsyst 之參數設定,修正值經由PVsyst 模型可以做為於不同地區發電量模擬估算參考,以提供太陽光電系統設計者發電量參考依據。 結果顯示出在戶外太陽能系統發電量,比較全年度平均背接觸式太陽能模組較單晶太陽能模組實際發電量多4.36%。於夏季(六月至八月) 背接觸式太陽能模組較單晶太陽能模組發電量多5.3%。夏季與高日照條件下背接觸式太陽能模組有較佳的發電量。
In this work, we analyze and compare the performance of two 500kWp solar power systems, composed of high-power-conversion-efficiency back-contact solar modules and conventional mono-crystalline solar modules installed in Taichung, Taiwan. We highlight the advantages of using high performance solar modules. Furthermore, the PVsyst simulation software is used to fit the characteristic of two photovoltaic power generation systems with measured weather data collected on site in the year of 2014. By adjusting the parameter setting in the PVsyst model, we can establish a validated model for the two solar power systems, which help to provide reference for the photovoltaic power system designers to estimate solar power generation in other regions. The results are presented by the solar power system capacity at outdoor. By analyzing the average annual capacity, we find that the back-contact solar modules produce more than 4.36% of the total generated power compared to that of the mono-crystalline solar modules. During summer time (June-August), the back-contact solar modules could generate more than 5.3% power capacity than the mono-crystalline solar modules. In the summer season and under high irradiance exposure condition, the back-contact solar modules have a better power generation capacity.
