摘要: 本研究以C公司所設計製造的穿戴式無線腦波帽為例,透過Kano二維品質模式的問卷設計,探討使用者對於腦波應用面的需求,並找出市場上具有價值的產品功能特性,並藉由提升這些品質屬性創造腦波裝置之於消費者的最大需求度,以作為未來新產品設計的方針。本研究透過所回收的Kano二維品質模式問卷結果,分成三個部分進行資料分析:第一部份先針對總體樣本利用Matzler & Hinterhuber所提出的歸類方法進行品質屬性的歸類;第二部分則依年齡分群的群組樣本,同樣利用上述的歸類法找出不同年齡層對於穿戴式腦波裝置所需求的應用與服務,其相較於總體樣本有何差異;第三部分是根據總體樣本所計算出的品質改善滿意度指標,作為當產品業者在有限的資源條件下,改善關鍵品質要素之優先順序。
本研究的最終目的為探討使用者對於穿戴式腦波裝置應用的需求,並以該研究結果作為日後新產品設計的重要參考,有效且正確地提供C公司制定市場與製造策略所需的資訊。
Kano’s model has been widely applied to measure service quality. This study is to identify the most valuable features that indicate the overall importance of the application quality at Company C, the very first Taiwanese brand designing the product of wireless EEG system and related BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) applications. This research is conducted in two stages by adopting Kano’s model and integrating the method of Matzler & Hinterhuber to determine the quality improvement priority from eleven different applications. In order to categorize quality features according to voice of customer and identify the quality feature of each application, a quality evaluation survey will be designed in two dimensions based on Kano’s model in the first stage. The second stage is to integrate the method of Matzler & Hinterhuber so as to define the final quality improvement priority based on user satisfaction with the eleven applications. The end results strategically recommend the most valuable attributes which can be utilized to improve the service quality of Company C.
