建築物消防安全檢查制度之探討 以桃園市為例

Abstract

「消防安全檢查」乃消防法賦予消防機關針對各類場所實施檢查之權力，惟近年工商業蓬勃發展其所列管之家數屢創新高，對於消防機關近期欲補足火災預防之人力尚且不能立即達成之際，亦得採取相關之因應作為。 本研究以桃園市為例，藉由相關國內外之參考文獻及個案研究法等方式，實際探討以集中大隊專責安檢小組之制度執行，具體分析其該制度之優勢。 經研究顯示有關影響安檢工作可歸納為以下面向，以勤休制度 、工作時數、落實程度等關係整體安檢制度實施之良莠，希望藉由本 研究可反映現行之安檢情形，並能藉該制度提升本市場所消防安全檢 查之品質，確保人民之生命財產安全。
