摘要: 中文摘要 本研究希望透過高科技建廠工程相關文獻資料之分析整理,並以個案公司新建廠房為實例,彙整出高科技廠房建廠工程機電資材管理系統導入關鍵成功因素,並以層級程序分析法建立起權重架構。經過本研究的調查發現,歸納出以下幾點結論: 一、高科技產業建廠工程機電資材管理系統導入關鍵成功因素評估指標架構 共計有「建置成本低於預算」、「品質符合發包規範」、「專案成員專業及經 驗」、「專案經理領導統御」、「資訊系統廠商實績」、「高階主管的充份支持」、 「導入期間與業主充分溝通」、「專案成員責任感與溝通能力」、「與其他系統 介面整合」等九大構面及30個評估指標。 二、高科技產業建廠工程機電資材管理系統導入關鍵成功因素評估指標的權重。 構面部份,依序排列分別是 : 建置成本低於預算構面權重值0.237,排序第1。 品質符合發包規範構面權重值0.183排序2。 專案成員專業及經驗構面權重值0.152排序3。 專案經理領導統御構面權重值0,119排序4。 資訊系統廠商實績構面權重值0.093排序5。 高階主管的充份支持構面權重值0.075排序6。 導入期間與業主充分溝通構面權重值0.058排序7。 專案成員責任感與溝通能力構面權重值0.046排序8。 與其他系統介面整合構面權重值0.038排序9。
Abstract This study takes the company's new plant as an example through collate relevant literature to analysis , a collection of high-tech mechanical and electrical plant construction project management system to import materials critical success factors, and analytic hierarchy process to establish weights architecture. After investigation, the study summed up the following conclusions: 1. The critical success factors evaluation index structure of initiating factories engineering electromechanical materials management system A total of "Building costs are lower than budget", "quality conforms to contract specifications," "professional and experienced project members", "Project Manager Leadership", "information system vendor performance", "top management fully support", "full communication with the owners during the import "," project member responsibility and communication skills "," interface integration with other systems, "total the nine dimensions and 30 evaluation. 2. The weight for the critical success factors evaluation index structure of initiating factories engineering electromechanical materials management system The dimension parts, sequentially are built below budget facet weights 0.237, order of the first, the quality of contract specification facet weights 0.183 with ranking 2, professional and experienced project members facet weights 0.152 with ranking 3 , project Manager leadership dimensions weights 0,119 with ranking 4, information systems vendor performance dimensions weights 0.093 with ranking 5, top management fully support facets weights 0.075 with ranking 6, full communication with the owners during the import weight value facets rights 0.058 with ranking 7, project members a sense of responsibility and ability to communicate facets weights 0.046 with ranking 8, interfaces with other systems integration facets weights 0.038 with ranking 9.
