dc.description.abstract本研究以實驗的方法探討RL-120、RB-120兩種壓縮機潤滑油與R134a混合成為工作流體於一模擬壓縮機系統循環,研究設計新型之氣旋式油分離器,以期提升分離效率與降低壓降。而實驗參數有冷媒質量流率(250 – 600 g/min)、油質量流率(8.3 – 20 g/min)產生相同與不同濃度、過熱度(8、18、28、38℃)等參數的比較。 研究結果顯示,固定油濃度改變冷媒質量流率的情況下,工作流體速度越快其分離效率越好但有其上限。本研究主要針對速度、油濃度及過熱度來探討對分離效率的影響,速度越快離心力分離效果越好、壓降越大;改變油濃度部分則是濃度越高效率越好,同時壓降也越大;改變過熱度的部分,根據實驗結果,並無顯著差異。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study examines the performance of cyclone separator applicable for lubricant separation. The separate efficiency and pressure drop for the oil separator of were experimentally investigated. R134a and Polyol ester (POE) oil were used as the refrigerant and lubricant of the system, respectively. The experiments are carried out with mass flow rate of refrigerant ranging from 250 to 600 g/min, and oil mass flow rate from 8.3 to 20 g/min while the controlling superheat temperature is from 8℃ to 38℃. Based on the test results, the separation efficiency increases with the rise of refrigerant mass flow rate at a fixed oil concentration. However, the separation efficiency may reach a maximum threshold value where further increase of refrigerant mass flowrate would not impose effect of the separation efficiency. On the other hand, a higher separation efficiency also incurs higher pressure drop. Test results also reveal the effect of superheat temperature on the separation efficiency is also rather small.en_US
