本研究研擬五大構面31個評估項目並藉由專家問卷調查分析影響建築空調系統選定之重要評估因子,以提供業者在規劃設計階段空調系統及設備選擇的建議。
五個構面中,節能與環境評估構面的平均重視程度最高,空調系統、成本與營運維護其次。分析結果也顯示空調系統構面較重視依空調空間、用途、管理模式、經營模式等選擇空調系統,對於特殊功能則較不重視。節能構面則以低負載時段系統的節能效益最為重視,其次為系統效率值需符合國家最低能源效率標準。環境構面較重視設備噪音與振動之相關問題。營運維護構面較重視維護保養及系統操作管理須要較專業之人員及系統維護費用。成本構面分析較重視系統設備建置成本,比較不重視廠牌。 ABSTRACT By the questionnaire with five latent variables and thirty-one measurement variables, this study find some key factors for the selection of building air conditioning system. The results can apply to the selection of air conditioning system and equipment in the planning and design phases. Among the five latent variables, energy conservation and environmental assessment are the most important variables, and air conditioning system, build costs, and the operation and maintenance are the second ones. The results also show that in the selection of the air conditioning system, the considerations to the requirements of space, use, business and management model are more important than the special functions. The energy saving benefit in system low-loading period and the system efficiency values fitting to the national minimum energy efficiency standards are two key factors to the energy conservation. The prevention and control of noise and vibration to equipment are the key factors to the environmental assessment. The maintenance and management of system operation carried by the professional staff and the maintenance costs of system are two key factors to the operation and maintenance. The consideration of build costs is more important than the brand. |
