dc.description.abstract在這篇論文中,我們提出一個設計流程去設計一個手持式折射率儀(handheld refractor-meter),其儀器工作範圍涵蓋n_d : 1.320~1.540。可量測多種純液體化合物的折射率,如:蒸餾水(1.333)、丙酮(1.360)、煞車油(1.4449)、四氯化碳(1.4607),苯(1.501),矽油(1.520)。 本研究利用一個聚焦物鏡與一個非球面面鏡設計出與US patent 6816248 B2具差異性之產品,但待測物需求用量較大,唯監控之液體之樣品價格應該是低廉的,所以此結構應還是有商業應用價值。由光學模擬的結果,其系統解析度可達±0.0003(n_d),體積大小約為55(W)×30(D)×100(H)mm,約市售商品之88%大小,擁有輕巧且易於攜帶之優點,可作為品質檢測與監控之重要儀器。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAn optical design of a handheld refractor-meter is presented, which has a working refractive index range between 1.320 to 1.540. Several liquids of different refractive index can be measured, e.g. Distilled water (1.333), acetone (1.360), brake fluid (1.4449), carbon tetrachloride (1.4607), benzene (1.501), silicone oil (1.520) …, and etc. In this work, single objective lens and single aspheric mirror are used, which is different from the design in US patent 6816248 B2. The sample needs a bit more, but it is cheap. So this design has business value for application. The results of optical simulation show that the system resolution is up to ± 0.0003 (n_d), and the volume is about 55 (W) × 30 (D) × 100 (H) mm, about 88% of the size of commercial product. Easy to carry the advantages, Has the advantages of light and easy to carry. Can be used as an important instrument for quality testing and monitoring.en_US
