dc.description.abstract由於台灣的產業逐漸外移,傳統製造業更是淪落為夕陽產業,在全球化的壓力下,來自各方的競爭越演越烈,因此,生產利用率及存貨壓力一直都是製造業者必須嚴格管控的議題,一方面必須滿足客戶隨時增減的需求,避免供貨不及造成客戶流失,一方面又需降低庫存風險,以減少庫存積壓過多資金,造成營運壓力,企業為此經常陷於兩難。 本篇論文是以無紡布產業為對象,運用SDED法(Single Minute Exchange of Die)套用於生產線,使其縮短更換規格的時間,以增加靈活性及競爭力, 在換線過程中採取策略規劃,將作業模式拆解為內部轉換及外部轉換兩大部分, 並建立標準操作流程使人員更換規格動作順暢,以取得競爭優勢達到頂尖的水準。 研究結顯示,豐田快速換模方法導入後,生產效率也有顯著的改善。zh_TW
