摘要: | 文化產業及創意產業深受國際重視已久,臺灣自2002年將文化創意產業納入國家發展,並於2010年通過「文化創意產業發展法」,至今已十數年,文化創意產業十分貼近民生,也意謂著政策上已經開始注意人民追求有品質結合物質與精神的生活,這與電子業、生技業的發展形成截然不同的途徑。
本研究引用Adrian Slywotzky「價值遞移」(Value Migration)理論及利潤模式(Profit Patterns)理論,透過臺灣文化創意產業的實證分析,探討價值遞移的軌跡,並以個案研究的方式,以公私部門、或是相類似的產業而有創意加值下,觀察臺灣文化創意產業中較成功的營運模式。
本研究發現,臺灣文化創意產業原由資訊為主體,加入創意的營運方式,近年的廠商則以創意為基底,加上資訊輔助,使服務更多元;其次,營業利益與價值流向雖然並非一致,主要是歸因於個別公司差異大。但透過智慧財產權的保護及創新的營運方式,可突破外在限制。 Cultural and creative industry development have long been discussed in international society. The government of Taiwan put forward the Cultural and Creative Industry into National Development since 2002 and passed the legislation ” Law for the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries” in 2010. Cultural and creative industries are very close to people's livelihood. Also means that the policy has begun to pay attention to the pursuit of the quality of material and spiritual life. This development forms a very different path from electronic industry and biotechnology industry. This research takes important idea based on Slywotzky’s value migration and profit pattern theory, through experimental analysis of Taiwan cultural and creative industry, analyzes the shift track of Taiwan cultural and creative industry. Through the study of business models of representative firms and public sector, observe successful mode of operation in cultural and creative industries in Taiwan. This research found that Taiwan cultural and creative industry information -centered, and join the creative mode of operation. In recent years, firms are based on creativity and information technology support to service diversified. Second, operating income flow is different from value path due to individual business model differences. But through the protection of intellectual property rights and innovative mode of operation, can break through the external restrictions. |
