摘要: 因应高龄化社会的未来趋势,居家健康照护已成为先进国家重点发展的新兴服务产业。本论文研究旨在针对低耗能的无线心电感测配备,探讨低复杂度的双导程心电讯号压缩机制。主要是采用分散式视讯编码架构,其优点是利用不同导程间的相关特性,将系统的运算负荷由传统的编码端移至解码端。第二肢导程的心电图像视为Key frame,并采用H.264标准技术进行画面内编解码。第三肢导程的心电图像则视为WZ frame,其离散小波转换系数的高频部分采用SPIHT编解码技术;而低频部份则执行通道编码并只传送校验子,在解码端再结合Key frame提供的边讯息重建其原画面。有别于前人研究,本系统的两种画面源自于不同导程的心电图像,其时间同步且不存在相对移动的关系,因此无法沿用传统基于移动估测的边讯息生成机制。针对此项议题,我们提出以类神经网路为基础的边讯息生成机制。针对心电图资料库进行的实验结果显示,类神经网路能具体描述画面间的相关性,其生成的边讯息也大幅降低编码失真率。
Wireless telecardiology is an active research with the goal of ubiquitous health-care services. This work focuses on the distributed video coding(DVC) of two-lead ECG images for data compression. The key frames composed of lead II ECG images are compressed by H.264 intra coding, and Wyner-Ziv(WZ) frames composed of lead III ECG images employ the WZ and SPIHT coding to compress its low-frequency and high-frequency wavelet sub-bands, respectively. In WZ coding, the encoder acts as a channel encoder and only transmits the syndromes, and inter-frame decoding is performed by combing the received syndromes and side information generated from the reconstructed key frames. Recognizing that two-lead ECG images are time synchronized and lack the movement, we propose to apply the neural network to model their inter-correlation for the side information refinement. Under the DVC framework, the heavy computing burden was shifted from the encoder to decoder, which makes it suitable for wireless ECG monitors. Experiments on St. Petersburg INCART 12-Lead Arrhythmia Database demonstrate that our proposed method achieves better rate distortion performance than motion estimation based side information generation.
