dc.description.abstract自動車窗的防夾系統屬於車輛必須具備的設備,以提供使用者之舒適與安全。本研究使用Microchip產品PIC16F1827單晶片,為了讓玻璃自動升降器於車窗玻璃開口間隙介於4到200毫米間具有防夾功能,且防夾力小於100牛頓,運用PID控制概念,設計一套可隨路面好壞、不同車窗之公差等等狀況而自行調整控制參數之防夾系統程式。本研究實際操作時,先使用學習機制完成車窗總行程之記錄,10V電源時,量測程式儲存車窗上升時候霍爾感測器產生的方波週期後,取平均值作為學習用途之防夾基準值,程式會自動完成防夾參數之訂立。然後運用位置估算法確立防夾區域,讓自動功能之防夾程式正常運作。結果顯示,在15V電源以下之車窗上升夾力,經由力感測器測量分力後回推,可以滿足夾力小於100牛頓之目標。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTo provide comfortability and safety for users, the anti-pinch system of the automotive electric window is an essential equipment for a car. The system uses a chip PIC16F1827, which is made by Microchip, to achieve the goal that anti-pinch function must trigger with less than 100N in the region of 4mm to 200mm away from the top of the window. This study uses the PID control concept to handle the double hall-sensor-signal’s variations. Designing a system to choose right variables overcomes the rugged road, the tolerance, etc. When using the system, this study triggers a learning program. The program will calculate the average pulse period to obtain the anti-pinch standard at 10V source after storing the pulse data of the hall sensor signal and prescribing all the related anti-pinch variables automatically. Next, the program measures the anti-pinch region by using a method of position estimation for a translating glass. The algorithm in this study in turn carry out the anti-pinch function. The result shows that when the source provides a voltage less than 15V, the pinch force of the window is less than 100N.en_US
