摘要: | 本論文以Nd:YVO4/Nd:GdVO4和Nd:GdVO4/Nd:YVO4晶體研究了雙波長被動式Q開關雷射。本研究是以808nm為輸出之半導體雷射作為激發源,調變聚焦在增益介質上之位置z0,使連續波及被動式Q開關系統中得以達到可調的雙波長雷射。值得一提的是我們以MathCAD數學軟體分析進一步的波型能量分布,且我們發現可以從輸出之脈衝重複率推估其能量分布情形。
我們期待未來可應用在醫療、工業、航空、科學等相關議題。 We demonstrate efficient dual-wavelength passively Q-switched laser by Nd:YVO4/Nd:GdVO4 and Nd:GdVO4/Nd:YVO4 crystal. The study is based on using 808nm LD semiconductor laser diode to pump to two neodymium-doped diffusion-bonded crystals respectively. We obtain a tunable output characteristics by tuning pump waist position on gain medium at both continuous wave and passive quality system. It is worth mentioning that the distribution of individual energy of dual-wavelength solid-state laser is investigated by MathCAD software. It can be seen that the distribution of individual energy is highly dependent with laser pulse repetition rate. We are looking forward to providing a new technique to achieve dual-wavelength laser for application of medical, industrial, aviation, science, etc. |
