航空公司航線貨運量影響因素之分析-以C公司為例

Abstract

「貨運量」對航空公司貨運營收是相當重要的核心。航空貨運運 輸市場快速的成長、市場型態的改變，航空貨運優勢逐漸轉型，也面 臨強大競爭力，如何透過暸解影響貨運量的因素，持續保有航空貨運 的優勢，會是當前主要的課題。為了良好的服務品質，航次和運價也 是航空公司重要的營運策略，內在營運的因素為航空公司運送貨物時 面臨的限制與條件；外在因素則是機場及周邊整體的環境。 本研究透過引用影響航空貨運量的因素文獻，篩選影響航空貨運 量的相關因子，運用 C 航空公司 2014-2016 完整資料，透過相關分析 與迴歸分析，確認相關因子與總貨運量之間相互影響之關係，並探討 不同航線的特性與意涵。如何在內外部影響航空貨運量的因素中歸納 相互連動的因果關係，透過流程與機制掌握市場的動態，達到淡季時 能穩定並減少虧損，再讓旺季提高獲利，創造公司最大營收及獲利能 力，這也是航空公司在成本不斷提高，競爭市場強烈的經營環境下最 大的挑戰。 根據主要航線貨運量模式之校估結果發現：航班班次、航空貨運 費率、航線兩端點所在機場 GDP、關鍵機場指標以及強權外交虛擬變 數是影響臺灣國際航線貨運運量的主要因子。維持關鍵機場貨運量穩 定成長、提升關鍵機場策略與創新方案對於 C 航空公司亦具有相當關 鍵性的意義與影響。

"Cargo volume" is the important core of the airline freight revenue. The rapid growth of the air cargo and market type, how to understand the affect factors of the cargo will be the main subject. In order to maintain service quality, flight frequency and rates is also an important operational strategy for airlines. To screen the factors affecting the air cargo volume, this study refer to the related literature and based on the data of air cargo flows at C Airlines during the years 2014-2016. Through the correlation and regression analysis, confirmed the relationship between the factor and the total freight volume, also explored the characteristics and meaning of different routes. The analysis of international air freight movement helps airlines evaluate their operating strategies and government improve infrastructure facilities and allocate resources. According to the results of the main route flight model, it is found that the flight frequency , the rate ,the GDP , the key indicators of airport and the strong diplomacy are the main factors affecting the international cargo volume of airlines.
