dc.description.abstract | 隨著電子商務的蓬勃發展,消費習慣跟著改變,供應商也朝向多元通路的方向發展,藉以提升商品銷量,基於此,第三方物流中心業者也為了提供更優質的物流服務逐步開始進行轉變,除了滿足供應商以往B2B型態的訂單之外,如今更需要滿足的是B2C型態之訂單,也因此,第三方物流中心逐漸轉型成為能夠同時滿足B2B及B2C訂單型態之複合式物流中心。此外,也因B2B之訂單屬於少樣多量,B2C之訂單屬於多樣少量,在不同的訂單型態之下,物流中心的規劃及作業模式也會跟著不同,本論文的研究目的主要希望藉由過去的訂單資料,應用EIQ分析法,發展出合適的物流中心規劃。 本論文以EIQ分析法做為主要之儲區規劃方法,通過個案探討方式,以一家第三方物流中心業者並收斂為單一供應商物流專區之規劃做為主要研究對象,探討當物流中心必須同時滿足該供應商B2B及B2C的訂單型態時,如何透過歷史訂單之數據並搭配EIQ分析,以系統性的方式進行規劃出適合之物流中心專區規劃。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | As Electronic Commerce keeps on development rapidly, consumers’ habits have been changing, and suppliers also tend to develop Omni-Channel to enhance sales of goods. Based on these factors, the Third-party logistics centers have been transforming gradually to provide better quality of logistics services. In addition to satisfying the orders of B2B, and now it is more necessary to satisfy the orders of B2C. So the Third-Party Logistics Center has been transforming gradually into Multi-Purpose Distribution Center for satisfying the orders of both B2B and B2C. Different types of orders lead to different planning and operation mode of Logistics Centers. The purpose of this paper is to develop an appropriate planning of logistics centers by applying EIQ analysis method and using past orders. The main research object is a planning for a single supplier logistics area, which is transformed from a Third-Party Logistics Center. By investigating how to apply EIQ analysis method and past orders on a single supplier logistics area, this research illustrates how to plan systematically to satisfy the orders of B2B and B2C. | en_US |
