dc.description.abstract | 近年來隨著社群網路的盛行,越來越多企業關注社群網路分析,並且運用此分析數據來進行許多商業行為,如企業對業務相關客群,進行商業行為之分析,以利業務之推廣。一般來說,社群網路分析的結果可以透過數值或圖形的方式來呈現,其中透過圖形來呈現可以讓想了解社群網路的人,能夠快速且清楚的理解社群網路之間的各種關係。在過去的相關研究中,有許多繪製社群網路圖形的方法,如歐拉圖、節點鏈結圖等,但較少有文獻針對不同群體大小的情況下,分析不同繪製圖形的呈現效果。 因此本論文一開始將對四種社群網路圖形進行介紹與優缺點的整理,再來對於圖形設定進行討論,最後透過問卷的方式來蒐集不同圖形的結果,當中包含了小中大三個群體所繪製出的圖形,並透過統計方法中的變異數分析(Analysis of variance, ANOVA)來進行不同圖形之間的比較。最後依據統計分析結果,提出對於不同群體大小的社群網路資料該使用何種圖形的建議。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In recent years, with the prevalence of social network, more and more enterprises are concerned about social network analysis, and use this data to carry out many commercial activity. In general, the results of a social network analysis can be presented in numerical or graphical ways, and then graphics can let people who want to understand the social network understand the relationships between social networks quickly and clearly. In past related research, there are many ways to draw social network graphics, such as euler diagrams, node-link diagrams and so on, but there are fewer thesis focused on the case of the different groups size, and analyzed different social network graphics effect. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to introduce four social network graphs and organize its advantages and disadvantages, and then discuss the graphics settings. Finally, this thesis used the questionnaire investigation to collect the results of different graphics. The results included the graphs drawn by the three groups (small size, medium size and large size) and compared graphs by Analysis of variance (ANOVA). Most important of all, according to statistical analysis results obtained, this study presents suggestions for what graphics to use for different groups of community network data. | en_US |
