dc.description.abstract本研究使用一步驟快速結晶製程沉積鈣鈦礦薄膜,並利用簡單、低溫的旋轉塗佈製程方式製作鈣鈦礦太陽能電池元件,其結構為glass / ITO / PEDOT/ Perovskite / PCBM / BCP / Ag,藉由在鈣鈦礦材料CH3NH3PI3中加入Cs元素混合,可提升元件在開路電壓(0.88V至1.06V)、填充因子(72.08%至75.26%)及能量轉換效率(10.97%至14.82%)的表現,且元件效率最高可提升35.09%。降低Ag電極厚度為15nm製作半透明鈣鈦礦元件發現具有較佳的穿透性與元件表現,透過堆疊的方式整合半透明鈣鈦礦太陽能電池(吸收可見光)與矽晶太陽電池(吸收近紅外光),此多元件堆疊結構之整體能量轉換效率最大可達13.64%。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this work, we grew perovskite films via the one-step fast crystallization deposition method with the structure of perovskite solar cells: glass / ITO / PEDOT:PSS / Perovskite / PCBM / BCP /Ag. After adding Cs ions, at which the best mole ratio of CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) to CsPbI3 in the mixed perovskite was 85:15, the perovskite (MA0.85Cs0.15PI3) device showed a significant enhancement in open-circuit voltage and fill factor values (Voc=1.03V, FF=75.26%,) as compared to the perovskite (MAPbI3) device, resulting in a 35.09% overall power conversion efficiency improvement — from 10.97% to 14.82%. After reducing Ag cathode to 15nm, the device exhibited high transmittance and reasonable conductivity; it was chosen as the optimum semitransparent (ST) perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Therefore, the semitransparent perovskite cell was stacked on a single crystal silicon solar cell. Finally, the stacking four terminal tandem solar cells yield a summed efficiency of 13.64%.en_US
