| zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this work, we studied the effects of adding mutiple cations in oragnaometal perovskite solar cells. Structural and morphological changes were observed through using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively, for different proposition of cesium ions in the perovskite material. Transient photovoltage and photocurrent measurements have been employed to obtain carrier lifetimes and charge concentrations. The device prepared with 0.15 atomic ratio of cesium showed the best performance among the devices others. Power conversion efficiency has been increased from 10.5% to 13.2%. | en_US |
