dc.description.abstract本論文提出了單載波(single carrier)模式無線內部發射機,一部分發射機的設計和實現是基於IEEE 802.11ad標準。基頻內部發射機主要有四個主要功能塊:Mapper, Rotator, Preamble GI insertion, and Pulse Shaping Interpolator。硬體中的某些模組是運用soft-IP,透過更改參數設置可以輕鬆重複使用。本系統的設計是運用4倍平行處理,無反饋跟踪迴路,這讓時脈頻率可以輕鬆達成。為了滿足2.5 GHz取樣率,並行數據通道被設計為深層管道的前饋。基頻發射機採用28 nm CMOS製程實現。 基頻發射機工作在312.5MHz及625MHz範圍。傳輸速率可以在SC模式下達到10Gbps。此發射機的面積為201k閘數(gate count) 組成,在電壓源為1V的情況,量測功率為44mW 。InnerTX的面積為25k閘數(gate count) 組成,在電壓源為1V的情況,量測功率為3mW。在理想情況下,發射機的EVM在SC模式下可以達到-31.05 dB。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis proposes a single carrier (SC) mode wireless inner transmitter, a part of a transmitter which is designed and implemented based on IEEE 802.11ad standard. There is four main block functional blocks in the baseband inner transmitter as following: Mapper, Rotator, Preamble GI insertion, and Pulse Shaping Interpolator. The hardware of some modules is soft-IP that can be reused easily by changing the parameter settings. The modules of the system are designed with 4X-parallelism without feedback tracking loop so it makes the clock rate easier. To meet the 2.5 GHz sampling rate, the parallel data path is designed as feed-forward of deep pipelining. The baseband transmitter is implemented with 28 nm CMOS process. The baseband transmitter works at 312.5MHz and 625MHz. The data rate can achieve 10Gbps in SC mode. The area of the transmitter is 201k gate count and the power is 44mW@1V. The area InnerTX of the transmitter is 25k gate count and the power is 3mW@1V. In ideal conditions, the EVM of the transmitter can achieve -31.05 dB in SC mode.en_US
