dc.description.abstract | 隨著智慧行動科技及物聯網的快速發展,各種室內外定位技術與動作感應技術也推陳出新。這些新科技為勞工安全管理帶來了新的應用,以高風險職場的安全監控為例,若能有效整合各項智慧科技,將能更迅速確實的將危害訊息傳遞至遠方,提供管理人員快速的應變機制,強化勞工的安全。 本研究針對我國現行職場作業安全監控法規進行蒐集與整理、現行實場監控案例蒐集及分析。同時以智慧手機為基礎,在物聯網的架構下整合GPS及藍芽等各種室內外定位技術,開發出智慧型人員二重定位安全監控系統的原型,使管理員可以透過Google Map,查詢並顯示人員所在的位置;並開發自主連結的無線通訊技術(智慧型定位器),當某些工作環境中(例如地下室工程),現有3G/4G訊號無法到達時,系統會自動切換搜尋,透過自建的無線通訊環境將該工作環境之勞工位置回傳至地面的控制中心。 本研究除了進行原型機開發外,也辦理十天的系統原型測試評估,以了解該系統的設計是否符合現場需求,同時訪談29位使用者並以其意見作為系統評估及改善的依據。 此系統除了用於高風險區域之外,未來也可應用於工地巡檢及人員門禁等工地安全管理,並可考慮增加生理感應等用於勞工緊急救援的新技術。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Smart phone and Internet-of-Things (IoT) has become much popular than ever. These new technologies bring us more and more applications in occupational safety. For example, these technologies can help us to design a better remote monitoring system for the workers that can quickly transmit emergency info to the manager, helping him to make quick and right decisions when time is critical. In this search, I reviewed laws and regulations, visited sites and reviewed cases where safety monitoring is critical to workers. I also wrote a report with our findings and suggestions regarding the usefulness of safety monitoring systems and their possible improvements if any. I developed a prototype, using smart technologies, to track worker’s activities and positions no matter he/she is in indoors or outdoors. The system have the ability to automatically switch to the best positioning method where GPS signals may not available. The system also transmit the coordinated positions of workers, so the manager can find his/her worker’s safety conditions on a google map. And the system also equip self-routing wireless transmitters, so when cell phone tower is not nearby, the system can still find a way to make an emergency call to the station where help can be provided as needed. The research was tested in a real confined space for 10 days to test if the design meets several requirements, such as emergency call, data transmission and position detection. Workers were asked to answer several questions after using the system, and the result shows that the system is designed as described and several modifications are required to make the system even better. | en_US |
