dc.description.abstract科技日新月異,數位醫療市場興起,消費者使用習慣變化快速等種種原因,使企業所面臨的環境更加動盪,企業過去成功的優勢不見得能延續到未來,組織不再能成功地預測未來所面臨的危機與挑戰,更不能單純地運用過去解決問題的方式因應這個快速變動的世代。許多企業紛紛透過數位醫療的方式來滿足消費者預防醫學的需求。因此,在這樣的環境中,如何透過數位醫療的使用,來因應預防醫療的需求,現今醫療產業欲深入探討的課題。 本研究在文獻探討的部分,首先科技醫療的演化,接著探討數位醫療的定義與範疇,並說明目前全球數位醫療的市場與發展。在個案探討的部分,運用Kurbo、Sentrian、Lantern、Neurotrack、Chrono Therapeutics等個案公司,分析並印證企業如何運用數位醫療於預防醫療。 最終歸納出數位醫療應用於預防醫學的商業模式包括:一、「傳統單領域 專業知識投入」 ,演變為「跨領域整合專業知識投入」 ,演變為「跨領域整合;二、從「親自就診病歷蒐 集」 ,演變為「行動裝置病歷蒐集」 ,演變為「行動裝置病歷蒐;三、從「詳盡的紙本資料」,演變為友 從「詳盡的紙本資料」,演變為友 善的裝置介面」 ;四、從「實體資料庫」 ,到雲端從「實體資料庫」 ,到雲端;五、「確診醫 療」 到「預防醫學。透過上述商業模式的應用,企業能更迅速且確實的回應顧客需求,也能針對各方的資訊加以整合利用。企業可運用本研究結論來檢視該企業的商業模式,是否已轉變為數位醫療應用於預防醫療,並將本研究之結論作為該企業設立商業模式時之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAdvances in technology, the rise of digital medical market and rapid changes in consumer habits are making enterprises face more turbulent environment. The key success factor of business in the past may not be the same in the future, and business cannot use the past way to solve the problems in this rapid changed generation. Many companies are using digital medical ways to meet consumer’s demand for preventive medicine. Thus, in such an environment, how to use digital medical to cope with the customer’s need of preventive medicine is the issue we are going to discuss in this study. By discussing the evolution of digital health, and listing the companies for case study, including Kurbo, Sentrian, Lantern, Neurotrack, Chrono Therapeutics. Finally find out how companies use digital medical in preventive medicine, which can be used in the turbulent environment. The conclusions of this study are as follow. First, from "Expertise of a single field," evolved into "Cross-cutting expertise integration". Second, from "Personally collect medical treatment" evolved into "Medical records collected by Mobile devices". Third, from "Detailed paper information" evolved into "Friendly device interface". Fourth, from "Entity database" to "Cloud library". Five from "Diagnosed medical" to "Preventive medicine". Through applying the above ways, companies can be much quicker to respond to customer’s need.en_US
