| dc.description.abstract | 本研究以產業組合模式分析新型燃料電池產業,定位產業之發展策略方向,並提出發展新型燃料電池產業應加強之產業創新需求要素。本研究選擇以新形態燃料電池中的鋰-空氣燃料電池(Li-Air Fuel Cell)、鋅-空氣燃料電池(Zn-Air Fuel Cell)為研究對象,以產業生命週期與產業價值鏈微產業組合分析的區隔變數,進行專家訪談與專家問卷調查。 研究結果顯示,新型燃料電池產業發展定位將由(基礎研發,萌芽期)走向(介於基礎研發、系統設計與製造,介於萌芽期與生產製造期)。 本研究建議,目前新型燃料電池產業應加強之創新需求要素包含: 「國家整體對創新的支持」、「產業鏈的垂直整合」、「企業創新精神」、「國家基礎研究能力」、「具整合能力的研究單位」、「專門領域的研究機構」、「國家對產品標準化的制定」、「國際市場拓展人員」、「長期融資體系及投資減免」;未來燃料電池產業應加強之創新需求要素包含: 「製程創新能力」、「產官學研的合作」、「國家基礎研究能力」、「具整合能力之研究單位」、「專利制度」、「健全的資料庫系統」、「顧問諮詢與服務」、「顧客導向的產品設計與製造能力」、「多元需求的市場」、「國家基礎建設」、「國家對產品標準化的制定」、「國際市場拓展人員」、「長期融資體系及投資減免」。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis report, a portfolio model is used to assess the strategic position of the fuel cell industry and provide advices for the fuel cell industry to intensify the key industrial innovation requirements. Li-Air Fuel Cell and Zn-Air Fuel Cell are selected as the research objects. The portfolio model entails a 2-dimensional analysis, in which the industry lifecycle and the industry value chain are used as the segmentation variables. The results show that the new Fuel Cell industry (Li-Air Fuel Cell, Zn-Air Fuel Cell) will move from the position (Basic Research, Embryonic Stage) to the position (between Basic Research and System Design & Manufacturing, between Embryonic Stage and Growth Stage). In addition, the results suggest that the fuel cell industry needs to intensify some industrial innovation requirements. | en_US |
