Abstract: | Pencil-shaped nanorods structure were fabricated on hybrid photovoltaic by nanospheres lithography and metalassisted chemical etching, which showed a low weighted reflectance of 7.4% since the modulation of the tapered tip surface morphology helps to enhance the light harvesting and form radial p-n junction area for efficient carrier separation and collection, thereby effectively increased the J(SC) of 34 mA/cm(2). Furthermore, by using the atomic layer deposition of a thin dielectric interface passivation layer, Al2O3, between the Si and PEDOT:PSS layer could improve the VOC of the hybrid solar cells, we successfully achieve a PCE of 13.61% in cells with optimizing the depth of pencil rods. |
