The compound prescription colloidal eyedrop gel includes a plurality of carboxymethyl-hexanoyl chitosan (CHC) micelles, a basic structural stabilizer connecting the plurality of CHC micelles, a first drug inside the CHC micelle, and a second drug outside the CHC micelle.
