dc.description.abstract | 本發明揭示一種具有濕潤衝擊表面的慣性衝擊器,可防止微粒負載效應。結構由上殼體、衝擊部及下殼體組成。上殼體具有氣體入口及與其連接之圓形噴嘴。衝擊部具有衝擊井,衝擊井下部為衝擊表面。噴嘴正對於衝擊表面的中心上方設置。衝擊表面中心具有液體輸入口,透過連續性或間歇性導入液體形成濕潤衝擊表面並去除微粒堆積,同時液體由衝擊表面上的液體排出路徑排出,下殼體具有氣體出口通道可連接至微粒採樣或監測裝置。 | zh_TW |
