dc.description.abstract随着感测技术的进步,整合资通讯技术、网路、感知等跨领域以发展智能制造技术将成为制造业未来持续发展的动能。台湾制造业在传统产业与科技产业长期累积的优势也开始受到邻近亚洲国家的威胁,产业成长的表现已逐渐趋缓,制造业更需要转变为生产智慧化,自主调整生产环境与产线之产能、资源与能源配置发展,以及自主调整上下游供应配送,并辅助人员正确快速完成各种操作组装,建立完整产品生产履历,可即时追踪生产进度。另一方面,制造业面临外部环境快速变化与成本的竞争压力,除了硬体设备的提升外,更需要的是预测性分析的能力,以提升生产制造、行销和资讯科技等方面的营运效率和竞争优势。面对物联网与大数据分析时代,生产系统与管理领域研究也开始在转变。本研究整理现今制造业在生产系统智能化方面相关研究,针对智能生产、大数据分析、物联网、智能物流、永续生产等不同方向说明未来值得投入的研究方向。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWith the advanced sensing technology, the integration of communication technologies and network cross different area has become the continuously development of manufacturing industry. The long-term accumulations of competitiveness and advantage for manufacturing industry in Taiwan have also begun to be threatened by neighboring Asian countries. The industrial growth has gradually slowed down, and the manufacturing industry needs to be transformed into smarter production for self-adjustment in the production capacity. Additionally, the upstream and downstream in supply chain are adaptively adjusted and assisted to quickly and correctly complete various operations and assembly. On the other hand, the manufacturing industry is facing competition from rapid changes in the external environment. In addition to the upgrading of hardware, it also requires the ability of predictive analysis to improve operational efficiency in manufacturing, marketing, and information technology. Faced with the Internet of Things (IoTs) and the big data analytics, research in production systems and management is also beginning to change. This study reviews out the current research regarding the intelligent manufacturing, and explains the future research directions that are worth investing in smart production, big data analysis, IoTs, smart logistics, and sustainable production.en_US
