dc.description.abstract | 本研究提出子公司事業關係複雜性與關係網絡的理論模型,以此來探討子公司的決策過程。本研究認為當事業關係越複雜,與外部的關係網絡就會越緊密。並且,關係網絡會因為子公司自主性以及母公司資源配置而有所調整。透過收集在台子公司的資料,並將細分為供應商與顧客關係網絡。結果發現,子公司事業關係複雜性對於子公司發展供應商關係程度呈現倒U型的現象,且子公司自主性也有助於發展關係網絡。在干擾效果部份,母公司資源配置越多,就會產生弱化關係的效果。整體來說,本研究不僅深化多國籍企業子公司管理理論,實證結果也提供管理實務上的參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | We develop and test model of subsidiary's business relationship complexity and relationship network in multinational enterprise (MNE) based on the way by managing in its foreign subsidiaries. Extant literatures argue that, to facilitate the external cooperation relationship, subsidiaries need to possess business relationship complexity, and moderate through subsidiary autonomy and headquarters' resource allocation. Using questionnaire survey data from foreign subsidiaries in Taiwan, by separating relationship into supply and customer, we find that different aspects of subsidiary network practices exhibit different direct and moderate effects. Subsidiary business relationship complexity has an inverted U-shape effect to the supply relationship network, while autonomy have positive effect to the relationship network. Besides, in the moderating effect of headquarters' resource allocation, the more resources the headquarters allocates, the effect of weakening the relationship will be. Overall, we conclude the paper by highlighting critical issues for subsidiary management in the MNC landscape by identifying the rich theoretical and practice contribution. | en_US |
