dc.description.abstract | 目的:比較兩種不同多球供球模式對桌球選手在心跳率、血乳酸與運動自覺量表之運動強度變化。方法:本研究採平衡次序進行兩種實驗處理,模式一為「30球20秒組」,模式二為「50球36秒組」。以描述統計及相依樣本t考驗分析資料,統計顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:(一)心跳率:「30球20秒組」前後為71.55 vs. 130.48次/分(p<.05),「50球36秒組」為77.15 vs. 136.26次/分(p<.05);兩組間心跳率無顯著差異(p=.06,>.05)。(二)血乳酸:「30球20秒組」前後為2.65 vs.12.83 mmol/L(p<.05),「50球36秒組」為3.93vs.11.68 mmol/L(p<.05);兩組間血乳酸無顯著差異(p=.51,>.05)。(三)RPE:「30球20秒組」前後為8.70 vs. 16.60(p<.05),「50球36秒組」為9.50 vs. 17.10(p<.05);兩組間RPE無顯著差異(p=.49,>.05)。結論:本研究所採用的兩種不同多球供球模式,在LA、HR、RPE皆能達到運動強度的刺激且反應相當接近,可作為往後桌球訓練計畫的參考,並能交替運用。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Purpose: To compare the exercise intensity of two different modes of multi-ball training in table tennis. Observed variables included heart rate, blood lactate, and ratings of perceived exertion. Methods: The two experimental interventions were conducted by counter-balanced order. Intervention 1 (T1) was 30 balls - 20 seconds rest interval; Intervention 2 (T2) was 50 balls - 36 seconds rest interval. Results: 1) heart rate in T1 before and after training was 71 vs. 130 bpm (p< .05) , while T2 was 77 vs. 136 bpm (p<.05) , and no significant difference between treatments (p=.06, >.05). Blood lactate before and after training was 2.65 vs. 12.83 mmol/L (p<.05) , while T2 was 3.93 vs. 11.68 mmol/L (p<.05). No significant difference between interventions was observed (p=.51, >.05). RPE in T1 before and after training was 8.70 vs. 16.6 (p< .05), whereas T2 was 9.50 vs. 17.10 (p<.05). No significant difference between interventions was detected (p=.49, >.05). Conclusion: The two training modes conducted in the present study could elicit enough exercise intensity, and the responses were comparable. Therefore, these two protocols may serve as part of table tennis training program and alternative. | en_US |
