| 摘要: | 2010年以立國際服務社會企業創立，2012年成立兄弟組織「以立國際服務協會」，由創辦人陳聖凱與策略長周曦翎共同擔任執行董事，採「雙軌領導制」，一共有14位核心成員，包含海外計畫負責人、負責企業營運的成員，與海外在地雇員，除此之外還有30至40位志工領隊，負責帶志工到海外服務。 |
