| 摘要: | 依據「職業安全衛生法」第32條及「職業安全衛生教育訓練規則」第16條規定，新雇勞工依實際需要，除應接受3小時一般安全衛生教育訓練，從事使用危害性化學品者，應再增加3小時安全衛生教育訓練，未依規定參訓經主管機關查獲者，將被處以3000元以下罰款。 |
