A new voltage driving pixel circuit for active matrix organic light emitting diodes

Abstract

A new voltage driving pixel circuit composed of five TFTs and two capacitors for AMOLED is proposed. The simulation results indicate that the proposed circuit is effective to provide a uniform output characteristic against the variation in the poly-SI TFT performances.
