In this paper, we describe the fabrication of a Fresnel lens with a diameter of 15mm by a glass molding technique. Tungsten carbide and K-CSK120 were used as the materials of the mold and lens, respectively. The optimal parameters determined for the molding process included a molding temperature of 560 A degrees C, a molding force of 300 N, a temperature holding time of 180 s, and a cooling rate of 18.5 A degrees C/min.en_US
